TransForm Control is a small library to be used by programmers, that lets the user create their own mini applications for forms via which they can transform controls. That library is made up of three controls: TransForm Control, TransFormDragBar and TransFormButton.
Within the TransForm Control pack there are many helpful examples detailing the working of each control. For TransForm Control to work correctly you need to previously install Visual Basic 6 Runtime.
The TransForm Control library is totally free.
